Decision on canyon housing development postponed
The project site is located ΒΌ mile east from the intersection of Foresthill and Ponderosa roads in the Todd Valley area and would include the subdivision of eight lots ranging in size from 20 to 30 acres.
Both the applicant, Ronald Dreisbach of Oakland, represented Thursday by Susan Vergne of Brigit S. Barnes and Associates, Inc. of Loomis, and two appellants to the project, Tim Woodall, president of Protect American River Canyons and Michael Garabedian of Friends of the North Fork, agreed to the continuance.

The politicians and wealthy landowners who would profit from a dam project will never give up. We will need to remain vigilant to ensure that this porkbarrel project is never built.
